Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an inside sales person who will be responsible for leads generation activities. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in the ICT sector. Knowledge of 3D CAD and PLM software represents a strong plus.

Inside Sales specialist
Main tasks
- Research companies and decision makers to identify new prospects via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold calls.
- Analyze companies’ websites and profiles to better understand how they can be more successful with our solutions.
- Engage the prospect by phone, LinkedIn InMail or email in order to introduce our company.
- Manage the lead generation activities and follow up on leads generated by marketing activities (events, marketing webinars, website, contact forms, digital marketing campaigns etc.).
- Create/update account profiles on our systems.
- Follow the sales process on Dynamics 365 CRM (leads, sales opportunities, offers etc.).
- Manage all back office activities.
Requisiti richiesti/Requirements
- Excelent sales approach.
- Minimum two years inside sales experience in ICT market.
- Knowledge of 3D CAD and PLM software represents a strong plus.
- Good presentation skills and an engaging phone presence.
- Social selling skills.
- Good technical understanding to present innovative products and solutions.
- Fluent in Italian + good English language skills.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CRM and MS Office. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
