Italian Institute of Technology (iCub Facility)
The ITALIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY is a scientific research centre based in Genoa (Italy, EU). Its main goal is the advancement of science, in Italy and worldwide, through projects and discoveries oriented to applications and technology.
Giorgio Metta is Vice Scientific Director at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Director of the iCub Facility Department at the same institute where he coordinates the development of the iCub robotic project.
Alberto Parmiggiani is Technologist & Mechatronics at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia and he deals with the mechanical design of the humanoid robots in the iCub Dept.
