We hereby inform you that the personal data (including sensitive data now described in art. 9) you provide us will be processed using automated and non-automated tools, and in any case in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including as regards data security, for the purposes of performing the tasks given to us, summarised as handling your express request to join our team, providing you with the information you have requested, and/or to comply with the specific legal obligations of the Data Controller. Provision of the data is optional, but your refusal would prevent us from continuing to perform the existing contract or satisfying your specific requests.
Specifically, your data are linked to our activity of “design consultancy, specific software sales, and postsales support” and relate to the standard activity of personnel selection; except where dedicated and specific consent is given, no mass marketing activities will be performed.
Retention of the data (which in any case cannot under any circumstances exceed 3 years) is linked to your request to be included in the personnel selection process, to legal obligations or to specific processing requirements that apply to you, and you have the right to request erasure of the data, provided that such right does not violate legal obligations.
Your data will be provided to persons appointed by the undersigned to perform the tasks assigned to us, specifically relating to personnel selection, and to regulations/legal obligations, control and public safety bodies, if requested, and any third parties, only insofar as they are used to perform the tasks assigned to us.
You have the right to require the controller to erase, restrict, update, or arrange portability of personal data relating to you, or object to their processing and, in general, the rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Your data will not be transferred abroad by the undersigned, but any third parties involved in the processing may avail of that option.

Consent for your data to be processed by the undersigned for the purposes of performing an existing or future contract according to the methods specified in the privacy notice above, or to comply with specific requests such as “Registering for the Newsletter Service”, IS NOT REQUIRED as, in accordance with art. 6, par. 1, letter b, the processing is understood to be lawful.
As required by art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, any person providing third-party data declares that they will give a copy of this privacy notice to the data subjects in relation to whom personal data is provided for the exclusive purpose of enabling performance of the contract.
